MP Open Call: Your Direct Line to Europe’s Policymakers #8

This open-agenda call provided members of parliament with the space to connect, informally, with their European colleagues to gain first-hand information on the political situation in other countries. The participants set the agenda themselves.

The call was joined by nine MPs from Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, where participants discussed EU-China relations. Insight into the conversation was provided by an expert from the German Marshall Fund of the United States.

This MP Open Call was part of a monthly series launched in October 2020 to keep communication channels between European policymakers open.
