MP Open Call: Your Direct Line to Europe’s Policymakers – European Tour de Table

On Tuesday, 23 July, from 08:00 to 09:00 a.m. (CEST), National members of parliament from across Europe met for a special European Tour de Table, the EU Election Edition.
As all the delegations get ready for the start of the 10th term of the European Parliament, we are very excited to feature the perspectives of two members of the Open European Dialogue from the European Parliament and the Riigikogu (The Estonian Parliament).
They will share their thinking on the reconfiguration of power within the European Parliament, the formation of new political groups, and what they imagine as the most crucial and emerging themes – with a special deep-dive into the main priorities of Italy and Estonia’s agendas across the different political groups.
The Open European Dialogue is committed to strengthening dialogue between policymakers across Europe by providing a neutral, informal, and accessible space for conversation. Our MP Open Calls, including this European Tour de Table, grew out of this mission and are a space for parliamentarians to set the agenda, discuss pressing national and European issues, and support each other by sharing best practices and concerns.
